James E. Gifford

Jim comes to GREYHAWK after a 30+ year career in the plumbing and HVAC industry. He served as foreman on many of South Jersey’s most significant casino, hospital, and public-school projects. He leverages this background to work in a dual capacity as both Construction Manager and Commissioning Agent for GREYHAWK projects.

Jim began his career in the U.S. Army, serving in the 82^nd Airborne. After his military service ended, Jim worked briefly as a commercial fisherman before joining Plumbers’ Local Union 322. He completed his apprenticeship and worked for over 20 years with a regional mechanical contractor, where his leadership skills and commitment to a job well done were both highly regarded. Away from projects, you can find Jim on the golf course or with his family at the beach in Atlantic City or Brigantine.
