Grayling L. Johnson, RA, NCARB

Grayling Johnson has more than 25 years of concentrated experience in architectural design and documentation, as well as construction contract administration. He has acted in the capacity of both Project Manager and/or Lead Project Architect on a wide variety of building types, including both public and private sector projects.

Grayling received his Bachelor of Architecture with honors from Howard University. He is a Licensed Architect in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, Maryland and Virginia. Grayling is also a member of the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards, American Institute of Architects and on the Historic Preservation Committee for the City of Camden.

His background includes project design and management of residential, governmental, educational and commercial projects, from the critical programming phase through construction close-out. He is extremely conscientious in his preparation of construction estimates for competitive bidding, and also in assuring code compliance. Grayling possesses a keen ability to understand the needs of his clients, and these traits, along with his noteworthy attention to detail, have allowed him to manage his projects very effectively.
