Dominic Caporale

Dominic has over two years of experience in construction management, having worked for a building envelope contractor prior to joining GREYHAWK. As Assistant Construction Manager, he contributes to on-site construction project management.

Dominic grew up in a family HVAC business, where exposure to building projects piqued his interest in a construction career. His time management and organization skills help him keep calm in the otherwise demanding role. Dominic makes a point of asking questions and being curious about the intricacies of each scope, expanding his exposure and experience. His excellent communication and teamwork stem from years holding leadership positions in his college fraternity, for which he continues to remain an active alum.

Dominic holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
