Charles J. Caramanna, PE, LEED AP, CCP, BCxP

Charles Caramanna has over 30 years of experience managing construction programs and all aspects of construction projects from the field level through the executive level. His experience includes working directly for government agencies, construction companies and engineering firms in the oversight of building and infrastructure projects throughout the region.

Charles has managed the work for GREYHAWK under the NJSDA statewide school construction program for over 10 years. Additionally, he has worked as Program Manager on a variety of projects including the Port of Paulsboro. Other noteworthy projects Charles has played a key role in completing include the Atlantic City-Brigantine Connector and the South Jetty at Barnegat Inlet.

Charles is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and specialties in both Geotechnical and Structural Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and a LEED-Accredited Professional. Charles is also a Certified Commissioning Professional and Building Commissioning Professional. He is a member in good standing and actively participates in the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers and the Construction Management Association of America.

In addition to corporate responsibilities as Operations Manager, Charles is responsible for the oversight of all construction management assignments for the company.
