GREYHAWK currently has a career opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in commercial roofing projects.

Responsibilities will include the management, oversight, administration, and coordination of the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, including the following:

  1. Coordinate contractors
  2. Supervise onsite QC/QA
  3. Resolve field issues in cooperation with the designer
  4. Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings
  5. Support office staff with answering correspondence
  6. Review change orders
  7. Manage the baseline schedule
  8. Coordinate necessary inspections
  9. Monitor the project schedule and budget
  10. Perform project closeout

Candidates must have a minimum 10 years of commercial roofing experience and experience with built-up roof systems. Roofing certification is a plus. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required for all positions, and computer literacy is expected.
